About the Position Faringe Kött & Slakt is an established company within slaughtering and butchering with approximately 20 employees and an annual revenue of approximately 80 MSEK. Initially, you will work closely with existing staff in administration, planning, and supplier contacts, gradually growing into a more independent role in procurement and production planning. This is a role for someone who enjoys being out in the field to both maintain existing and establish new important supplier relationships that are crucial for continued growth. Responsibilities The role is operational and operationally-close, with a focus on ensuring efficient supply to production. Over time, you will spend a large part of your time out in the field meeting farmers, taking greater responsibility for supplier relationships and procurement work. Your responsibilities will include: Daily contact with suppliers (primarily farmers) through both in-person meetings and phone calls Planning of slaughter queue and animal supply flow Coordination of logistics related to animal pickup Administrative tasks related to procurement and production (e.g., invoice handling and basic accounting) Collaboration with production regarding planning and production capacity We Are Looking For You In this recruitment, we will place great emphasis on your personal qualities and your interest in both the role and the company.
