JOB RESPONSIBILITIES We are now seeking a principal for principal area 3 where you will be responsible for Torskolan grades 7-9, adapted primary school grades 1-9 with associated after-school care, AST activities, and Torskolan's after-school center. As a principal in primary school and adapted primary school, you are a present, driven, developmental pedagogical leader who, based on analyses in systematic quality work, sets the direction for pedagogical development at your units. You are also responsible for the units' finances and work environment. In the school's management organization, there is a vice principal, special educator, lead teacher, and work team leaders. The school has full-time mentors for student social work. You are part of the education department's management team with other principals and managers, a creative team where you have the opportunity to influence. Your direct manager is the head of the education department. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for you with higher education in pedagogy or equivalent, preferably with documented leadership experience. As a leader, you are clear and concrete in your dialogue with employees and citizens. Creating participation and shared understanding is a work approach you appreciate. We see that you have strong collaboration skills and that work for students and employees is characterized by a desire to learn, forward-thinking, and participation. As our principal, you are skilled at leading an operation that is under development and change. Your approach is systematic, development-oriented, and you have good ability to manage your working time. You have good knowledge of regulatory documents in the field and can implement these in practice. Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability. Salary form: Monthly salary.
