Job Responsibilities In your role as rector, you will be responsible for the operation's pedagogical mission and development. You will have responsibility for finances and personnel. You will also participate in and contribute to good dialogue and development in various working and development groups. Furthermore, you continuously develop the work of leading and coordinating long-term quality efforts and contribute to shared learning in the rector group. Qualifications We are looking for you with pedagogical higher education and experience of working in school operations. If you have experience in leadership, finance and personnel responsibility, that is meritorious. It is also meritorious if you have an ongoing or completed rector training. We are looking for you who creates engagement and motivation in the operation. You create safety by giving a clear picture of goals and strategy and bring your colleagues and operation along towards the goal. You should have the ability to lead an organization where you are both problem- and solution-focused as well as well-anchored in your assignment and responsibility.
