We meet regularly for collegial exchange and learning with children, staff, and education in focus. Förskolorna Framtidsfolket consists of five preschools in Hässelby/Vällingby and two in Hammarbyhöjden. Our activities are inspired by the Reggio Emilia philosophy. The principal responsibilities include: - Pedagogical leadership that creates favorable conditions for children's learning and the opportunity to become their best selves. - Lead systematic quality work through planning, follow-up, and analysis. - Budget and financial responsibility. - Responsibility for leading systematic work environment initiatives. - Management responsibility encompassing staff, professional development, and recruitment. - Collaboration with guardians, staff, and external partners. We are looking for someone who has - Principal education - Preschool teacher certification - Experience working as a principal - Experience with financial and budget work. - Well-developed digital competence; Word and Excel. Experience using payroll and financial tracking systems. - Strong ability to express yourself verbally and in writing. This is a permanent position at 100% with start date by agreement.
