We are an well-established and well-functioning operation with over 10 years of experience, where stability is combined with active development work. Our vision is to create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating education where children's languages — spoken, signed, visual, and creative — form the foundation for learning, participation, and identity development. We believe that all children are competent and full of possibilities. The learning environment is seen as the third educator and is systematically developed to be accessible, inspiring, and calm, especially for children in need of extra support. TAKK, visual supports, and clarifying pedagogy are a natural part of our daily work. The preschool consists of three departments, divided by age, with a total of 45 places. Your Role As director, you hold overall responsibility for the preschool's operations, staff, and development. You lead the pedagogical work and ensure that the operation is conducted in accordance with current guidelines and the preschool's Reggio Emilia-inspired approach and language development profile. You work in a small organization with short decision-making paths, where you and the staff drive development forward with a focus on quality, structure, and a good work environment. The role is characterized by close and present leadership. You combine your director role with work in the children's groups, which gives you good insight into the operation and creates the conditions for clear, grounded, and trustful leadership.
