JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Enbacka School is one of Säters municipality's three F-6 schools. The school is centrally located in Enbacka, Gustafs, and includes after-school care, pre-school class, and grades 1-6 of primary school with approximately 300 students.

As principal, you have a key role in creating good conditions for your students' knowledge development toward a good future. Enbacka School has strong cohesion in both the teacher and student groups, and a stable workforce with low teacher turnover.
You will be part of the children's and education sector's management group, which is led by the sector manager and consists of school leaders from pre-school, school, student welfare, and music school.
In addition to the statutory principal duties, you are the employer's representative at Enbacka School and are responsible for matters concerning work environment, personnel, budget, and development.
You must have the ability to create good relationships with students and guardians, but also to stand up for the school's values, methods, and decisions. We are looking for someone who has demonstrated good leadership, takes a long-term view of the role, and wants to be part of developing Säters municipality's school operations.
QUALIFICATIONS
Säters municipality is looking for someone who enjoys driving development work, maintaining what works well, and has the courage to discontinue what is no longer needed.
Furthermore, we are looking for someone who has a teacher's degree or other education at the same level with relevant specialization for the position. You should have knowledge of and experience in the role of employer and manager, including personnel management, labor collaboration, financial and budget work, etc.
Experience as a school leader and completed principal training are merits.
We want you to have solid experience from municipal schools and to have worked as an educator. It is a merit if you have also worked actively with school development. As a leader, you are encouraging and good at recognizing your colleagues' strengths and supporting their weaker areas.
Employment form: Permanent employment.
Duration: Permanent.
