This is Design Gymnasium Malmö Design Gymnasium Malmö is in an exciting phase of development. The school currently has approximately 250 students and 20 engaged staff members. The operation has good opportunities to grow, and the new premises at Malmö Creative Campus provide space for both more students and even closer collaboration with other creative educational programs on the campus. As principal, you have overall responsibility for operations, staff, work environment, finances and systematic quality work. Together with the school's management team, you drive the school's continued development and create the best conditions for students and staff to reach their full potential. You thrive in change and have the ability to translate visions into concrete development together with your faculty. You create engagement by communicating direction, building trust and giving people the right conditions to succeed. As a leader, you are relational, curious and attentive. You build strong relationships with students, staff, guardians and external partners through a genuine interest in people and an unpretentious approach. You have the courage to make decisions when needed, while inviting dialogue and valuing different perspectives. You see creativity as an obvious driving force in the school's development and contribute to a culture where ideas flourish and people develop together. You are warm, clear and structured. You have the ability to stay calm, make well-founded decisions and create stability even when circumstances change. At the same time, you are action-oriented, analytical and present in operations.
