About the Workplace Trullstugu Föräldrakooperativ was founded in 1993 and operates a small and cozy preschool in Våmhus. Our operations are led by an engaged board consisting of member families and our preschool director. We have a general pedagogical approach where nature is a central part of the children's daily activities. Our proximity to the forest and sports field provides excellent opportunities for outdoor time, motor development, and play. In the forest, we also have our own cabin where storytelling pedagogy and imagination are encouraged. The staff currently consists of one preschool teacher, 3 childcare workers, and a combined role for accounting assistant and cleaning. About the Job - A principal's certification is required. - The position is 20% - We are looking for someone who is confident in their role, engaged, and responsive. You will primarily work with our preschool director. - Personal qualities are highly valued. - A criminal background check is required. We are open to potential collaborations with other preschools and to you working remotely. However, you need to be able to participate in planning days twice per year.
