About the Role We are now seeking a principal who is passionate about learning and pedagogy and who wants to continue moving the school forward together with us. As principal, you have overall responsibility for the school's operations, which includes: Leadership and development of the school in accordance with policy documents and quality goals. Personnel responsibility and work environment. Budget and financial results. Ensuring student satisfaction and good outcomes. With us, you will work in an organization with short decision-making processes, support from engaged leadership, and access to professional development and wellness programs. You will become part of a team of approximately 10 principals where collaboration and knowledge sharing are central, with weekly digital meetings and several in-person gatherings per year. You understand that leadership at a small school requires both operational engagement and strategic judgment, and you are ready to contribute where the school needs you. Qualifications: Relevant university education. Principal training is a merit. Experience in school leadership, preferably from independent schools, is a plus.
