As rector, you set the tone. You formulate the vision, create alignment around priorities and ensure that decisions and expectations are communicated clearly — to staff, students and guardians. You are responsible for an organization with approximately 600 students and approximately 50 employees, including a deputy rector. What we are primarily seeking is a leader with the ability to create direction and momentum. Someone who understands what it means to lead a school in an industry that is changing, and who can actively work with the school's position and student recruitment — without losing focus on the daily life of the classroom. Your Profile Your Profile Present, clear and courageous enough to make difficult decisions. Understands what makes a school attractive and has experience of leadership in a school environment where competition, brand and student recruitment play a role. Background from or good understanding of independent/for-profit schools is an advantage.
