We are now seeking two experienced recruitment specialists with solid recruitment experience for our Recruit and Attract unit. The position is located at our headquarters in Sundbyberg. Domestic travel may occur to a limited extent. About the Role As a recruitment specialist, you are responsible for driving your recruitment processes from start to finish. You hold a central role throughout the entire process, from planning to implementation, and function as a reliable and structured recruitment partner to the agency's hiring managers at unit, section, department, and division levels. You work closely with the hiring manager to ensure quality-assured and efficient recruitment. With a consultative approach, you support and guide the manager through the process and provide active assistance in all aspects of recruitment. In this role, you will work with among other things: Kickoff meetings and competency profiling Design and publication of job postings Selection work and candidate management Conducting competency-based interviews Reference checks and quality assurance Ongoing administration related to the recruitment process, such as documentation and system management Participation in activities related to student relations, job fairs, and other events to attract new employees to Swedish National Grid. The role is characterized by close collaboration with managers, so we believe you feel comfortable in this type of role and are motivated by being an advisory recruitment partner throughout the recruitment process. You will also have the opportunity to develop within the recruitment field and be part of our ongoing HR digitalization program, where we will work over the coming years to ensure quality and efficiency of our processes and implement new systems. As a recruitment specialist, you will be part of the Recruit and Attract unit, which is responsible for recruitment and Employer Branding. We consist of 20 employees of various ages and backgrounds. The unit's mission is to provide strategic and operational support to managers on recruitment matters, contribute to quality onboarding of new employees and consultants, and drive the agency's Employer Branding efforts. About You Required Qualifications To succeed as a recruitment specialist, you need to be collaboration-oriented, structured, confident, and results-driven. You work easily with both colleagues and managers and contribute to a positive and solution-focused work environment. You have an excellent ability to create structure in a high-paced work environment and manage multiple parallel tasks simultaneously. The work is intensive and requires you to have good overview, be thorough, and have strong administrative skills. You are accustomed to working under pressure and prioritizing effectively without compromising quality. As a person, you are confident and remain steady even in challenging situations. You have the ability to be reliable, take responsibility, and drive work forward even when it requires decisiveness and independence. You are results-oriented and motivated by delivering with quality and efficiency. You must also have an academic degree in personnel and/or behavioral science or equivalent competence acquired in another way that Swedish National Grid deems equivalent. You also have: At least five years of current work experience independently driving, executing, and leading competency-based recruitment at a qualified level, including managerial and specialist recruitment. Experience providing consultative management support within recruitment. Good experience in recruitment process documentation. Good experience with system management and documented experience with recruitment systems. Good ability to express yourself in speech and writing in Swedish and English. It is advantageous if you have: Good experience recruiting for infrastructure services. Good experience with public sector recruitment and public sector values. Experience leading and coordinating external recruitment providers in the role of client. Good to Know The position is located in Sundbyberg.
