Now we're looking for you who want to be part of it, as our new Recruitment Specialist (100%). You will be part of our HR team and report to the HR Manager with placement at our Support Office in Kungälv. What you'll build with us STC is growing and with it comes a growing need for the right people in the right places. We have now decided to establish a new role in our HR team with a focus on building structures and capacity for how we attract, recruit, and take care of employees. It's a role born from a clear need where we want to improve at finding those who really fit with us, and ensure that those who start stay and thrive. As a Recruitment Specialist at STC, you will support the managers in our operations organization in recruiting for our gym roles – gym attendants, gym supervisors, PTs, and group fitness instructors. When needed, you also support simpler recruitments at the Support Office. You are the operational support for the operations managers throughout the entire process, from job description to hiring decision, and relieve them of the daily recruitment work. Together with our HR specialist, you will shape a modern recruitment process tailored to each role, and ensure that it is followed with consistently high candidate experience. In the role, you use and optimize STC's recruitment tool (Teamtailor) and if time allows, you also contribute to onboarding new employees in the operations organization and to STC's employer branding work and recruitment events. What you've done and who you are You are someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and who is driven by seeing processes lead to concrete results. You communicate clearly and warmly, with the ability to build trust quickly, whether it's with a candidate who is nervous about their first interview or with a manager who needs help prioritizing. You are structured and thrive in an organization where things change and where you are expected to take your own initiative. You have an open mindset toward how AI is changing your work and use tools like ChatGPT, Claude, or Copilot as a natural part of your everyday work. The tests consist of a logical problem-solving test and a personality test. The tests take approximately 30 minutes in total to complete, and you will receive information and sample tasks before you begin the actual test. We will make selections on an ongoing basis until we find our new star!
