DM TAK is a stable, professional, and long-established growing company specializing in high-quality roofing and roof services in the Stockholm region. We work to deliver roofs that last longer. The company currently has 30 employees who collaborate with subcontractors. Our operations are based at our facilities in Länna Industrial Area. As we acquire more and more customers who want quality roofs, we are looking for a truly efficient and energetic person to become our new RECRUITMENT ASSISTANT What does this role involve? In your role as recruitment assistant, you will hold a key position where you work closely with the HR manager to attract and identify skilled personnel and subcontractors for our organization. This includes recruitment for both employees and subcontractors, onboarding of new staff members, personnel administration, and supporting our HR manager with whatever is needed. We are looking for someone who Has strong communication skills and is fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written. Is driven, solution-oriented, and goal-focused. Has good computer skills. Previous experience working with personnel is a merit but not a requirement. What matters most is that you can demonstrate results where you are and have been, and that you have always had a strong drive. What do we offer?
