What Does the Role Offer? As a Recruitment Manager, you will have a central role where you are responsible for our recruitment and staffing assignments. You will be responsible for the entire recruitment and staffing process, matching the right talents with the right assignments, and working closely with our account managers. Your main responsibilities: Build and Maintain Customer Relationships: Act as an advisory partner to our customers and ensure long-term collaborations within workforce solutions. Recruitment: Independently manage entire recruitment processes, including job postings, selection, interviews, candidate assessments, personality testing, and feedback for various roles in both white-collar and blue-collar sectors. Staffing: Handle everything from job postings and selection to interviews and hiring. Personnel Responsibility: Coach and support consultants to create a motivating work environment. Customer Relations: In this role, you will be an important part of our collaboration with customers, maintaining our customer relationships in a professional and service-oriented manner throughout the recruitment or staffing processes.
