Adecco is now seeking an engaged Recruitment Manager for placement in Falun or Fagersta, with responsibility for both consultant recruitment and direct customer recruitment. As a Recruitment Manager, you are responsible for the entire recruitment process and work closely with customers and candidates. You will: Drive consultant and direct recruitment. Work with sourcing, advertising, and selection. Build long-term customer relationships. Ensure a positive candidate experience. Handle administration related to recruitment and customer assignments. The position is based in Falun or Fagersta and covers primarily assignments in Västmanland and Dalarna. You will be part of a team where collaboration, business focus, and customer satisfaction are central. About you We are looking for someone with a genuine interest in people and business, who is motivated to work toward set goals. You are results-focused, professional, and have a natural ability to build trust. You are passionate about creating new business opportunities and developing long-term customer partnerships. You work methodically, structured, and with high activity levels – and independently find new ways to drive your work forward. You also have good experience working with social media, both as a tool to attract candidates and to build networks and strengthen customer dialogue. We also believe that you: Have experience in recruitment, preferably in staffing or consulting Thrive in a role with many contact points – both internally and externally Have good communication skills and are confident in customer dialogue Are flexible, solution-oriented, and have a twinkle in your eye Have a driver's license category B and access to a car It is a merit if you have experience working with both hourly and salaried employees.
