IT Recruitment Manager

Do you want to work with sales and recruitment – without having to recruit candidates? Techknight is growing and is now looking for an IT Recruitment Manager focused on helping Swedish companies find the right developer expertise. This is not a traditional recruiter role. We already have an established team of senior full-stack developers. Your task instead is to identify companies that need developers, understand their needs, and match them with the right developers from our existing talent pool. Our developers work 100% remotely from Pakistan and become an integrated part of the customer's development team. About the role As an IT Recruitment Manager, you are responsible for the entire business process – from first contact to the developer being placed with the customer. You will: * Identify companies in Sweden that are looking for developers. * Contact decision-makers via phone, email, and LinkedIn. * Schedule and conduct digital customer meetings. * Analyze the customer's technical needs. * Match the right developer from our existing developer pool. * Present candidates and follow up on the process. * Build long-term customer relationships. * Work closely with our development team to ensure the right match. So you don't need to recruit developers – that work is already done. Your focus is on creating business and helping companies find the right expertise. What do we offer our customers?
