About the Role We're looking for a recruitment consultant who is available immediately for a consulting assignment of approximately six months. You'll take full responsibility for recruiting social workers and other roles within social services. You drive the process from start to finish: competency requirements, job posting, publishing in Varbi, candidate administration, selection, interviews, reference checks, and closing of recruitment cases. You work closely with hiring managers and ensure that each step in the process follows a competency-based and legally sound methodology. Your Profile Several years of experience with competency-based recruitment in municipal or government operations. Documented experience recruiting social workers or similar roles within social services. Ability to independently drive the entire recruitment process in close collaboration with management. Good experience working in Varbi, including posting, candidate administration, and case closure. Confidence in selection interviews, digital reference checks, and supplementary phone references. A structured and advisory working style where you support managers in conducting competency-based and non-discriminatory recruitment. You are also a driven and forward-thinking person who takes initiative and creates momentum in recruitment processes. You enjoy working independently, maintain pace when needed, and ensure the process moves forward without compromising quality.
