JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
As a recruiter with us, you will have a central and important role in attracting, recruiting, and introducing new employees to our operations. You will work closely with managers and operations to ensure that we recruit the right competence in an efficient and professional manner.
In this role, you are responsible for the entire recruitment process, from job specifications and advertising to selection, interviews, reference checks, and hiring. You will also support managers with questions regarding staffing, scheduling, and application of working time legislation.

We offer close leadership where you receive support in your daily work. You collaborate with operations managers, the HR function, and other key people to develop our approaches and meet future recruitment challenges.
QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for someone who
• Has documented experience in recruitment work and skills supply.
• Has good knowledge of employment law matters, particularly working time legislation and its application.
• Has experience supporting managers in recruitment and staffing matters.
• Is structured, takes responsibility, and has good administrative ability.
• Has a professional demeanor and good communication skills.
• Enjoys working both independently and in collaboration with others.
• Is solution-oriented and experienced in managing multiple parallel processes.
• It is a merit if you have experience from public sector activities and/or the health and care sector.
Employment form: Fixed-term employment.
We report salary for the 10th and 90th percentile: 34,000–42,000 kr/month. The salary range is stated in accordance with applicable regulations on pay transparency.
