We are now seeking a recruiter/job matcher for our team in Växjö as we grow with existing and new clients. The role is broad and combines recruitment with candidate management, ongoing staffing planning, and job matching as a coach within Rusta and Matcha. You are responsible for your processes from start to finish and play a central role in ensuring high quality in both delivery and candidate and participant experience! The position is full-time with a start date to be agreed upon in August. The position is a fixed-term employment for six months with good prospects for permanent employment for the right person. Working hours are office hours Monday to Friday, 08:00-17:00. Your Responsibilities Drive the entire recruitment process: job specification, advertising, selection, interviews, reference checks, and hiring Work actively with candidate flow through search, social media, and job fairs Responsible for staffing planning and scheduling Coach, guide, and support job seekers toward employment or regular studies through individual conversations, workshops, and seminars Work toward established goals and KPIs in your assignments Handle administrative tasks related to candidates, consultants, clients, and participants At StudentConsulting, we enjoy working in an innovative and rapidly changing work environment where we work together to achieve results and build long-term customer relationships. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR Requirements Higher education degree in HR, Personnel, Service, or similar (minimum 180 credits), and At least two (2) years of work experience, preferably in recruitment, staffing, or service (part-time work may be accepted if the combined working time equals full-time work over two years) B-driver's license You have good ability to communicate in Swedish and English, both orally and in writing We believe that you Are used to being able to prioritize in your work and manage multiple processes in parallel Take responsibility for your work and drive your processes forward on your own Have a genuine interest in matching the right candidate with the right assignment To thrive in the role, you are likely structured, solution-oriented, and have a good ability to prioritize. You have a positive mindset, are communicative, relationship-building, and build trust in colleague, client, candidate, and participant interactions.
