Main Responsibilities
As a recruiter, you will help build a new recruitment function where you have the opportunity to influence how we work and take initiative for new approaches to successfully recruit the right competencies at the right time. You will work broadly with attraction, recruitment, and onboarding in collaboration with the rest of the recruitment team, managers, and HR.
Together with the rest of the recruitment team, you will be responsible for attracting candidates through participation in events and fairs, designing recruitment campaigns, and more. An important part of your work is also to actively work with search and candidate dialogue. You will independently manage your recruitment processes, from job requirements to employment, and ensure that recruitment is conducted competency-based, legally sound, and structured. You work closely with our managers in Central Sweden, and business travel to various operations sites is a natural part of your daily work.
Together with the rest of the recruitment team, you will also be responsible for ensuring that the onboarding of new employees is conducted in a professional and efficient manner. As a recruiter, you will primarily recruit IT personnel, but recruitment for other work areas may occur. The role also includes supporting the HR department with other HR-related tasks.

Qualifications
Post-secondary education in HR/recruitment, or equivalent work experience that the employer deems equivalent.
Several years of experience in competency-based recruitment.
Current and relevant work experience from, or knowledge of, the IT industry.
Good ability to express yourself in speech and writing in Swedish and good understanding of English.
Driver's license (category B).
Meritorious
Experience with recruitment within a government agency.
Experience managing multiple complex recruitment processes in parallel.
Experience with attraction/employer branding, for example through campaigns, events, and more.
Experience with onboarding/introduction of new employees.

Other Information
The position is a permanent full-time civilian employment with work location in Stockholm or Örebro.
The Swedish Armed Forces applies a 6-month probationary period for those who have not previously been employed by the Swedish Armed Forces.
Business travel is common and is a natural part of the work.
