The position is full-time and you will work 100% on-site from one of our offices in Växjö or Lund.
About the role
As a recruiter at TopWork, you are responsible for finding, attracting, and matching the right candidates to our customers' needs.
You work actively to build networks, search for candidates, conduct interviews, and present candidates to our customers. You will be a key person in our delivery organization and work closely with both sales representatives, consultant managers, and other recruiters.
With us, you are expected to take responsibility for your processes, drive your work forward, and constantly look for new ways to find the best candidates.
