Jefferson Wells is now seeking an experienced recruiter for a consulting assignment with an established industrial company in Halmstad. About the Role As a recruiter, you will be responsible for driving and coordinating recruitment processes within the organization. You work closely with hiring managers and serve as a support throughout the entire process, from creating job specifications and posting ads to screening, conducting interviews, and making offers. The role involves many points of contact and is ideal for you if you thrive in a high-paced environment where quality, structure, and a positive candidate experience are important. Key Responsibilities In this role, you will, among other things: Drive recruitment processes from start to finish Support managers in creating job specifications and candidate screening Post job ads and search for candidates through various channels Conduct interviews and assess candidates Ensure a professional experience for both candidates and managers Proactively work on candidate attraction and build candidate networks Coordinate recruitment administration and ongoing follow-up Your Profile We are looking for someone with experience in independent recruitment work and who is comfortable managing multiple concurrent processes. We would like you to have: Experience in recruitment within industry, technology, or similar fields Experience in competency-based recruitment Strong experience with candidate search and sourcing Ability to build trusting relationships with managers and candidates Strong administrative skills and experience with recruitment systems As a person, you are communicative, organized, and solution-oriented. You take initiative, work independently, and thrive in an operations-focused role.
