As we continue to grow and following an energetic Q1, we're now seeking an additional recruitment consultant to join us. With us, you work closely with the business and operationally, handling the entire recruitment process – from the first client conversation to filling the position. As a recruitment consultant at Jobway, you are responsible for your own assignments and drive the processes from start to finish. The role is varied, fast-paced, and requires both structure and relationship-building skills. The role involves: - Taking responsibility for your own recruitment processes and client assignments - Conducting requirement profile meetings with clients - Compiling requirement profiles, writing job ads, and working continuously on improvements - Actively conducting search and headhunting in both existing and new networks - Conducting phone interviews, candidate selection, and presenting candidates - Maintaining ongoing dialogue, advising, and following up with both clients and candidates throughout the process We offer you: - For the right person, this role represents a central position in a growing company with great opportunities to influence both work methods and development.
