As we continue to grow and following an energetic Q1, we are now seeking an additional recruitment consultant to join us. With us, you work closely with the business and operationally, handling the entire recruitment process – from the first client conversation to the placed candidate. No two days are the same, and you'll become part of a cohesive team that together delivers high quality to our clients.
As a recruitment consultant at Jobway, you are responsible for your own assignments and drive the processes from start to finish. The role is varied, fast-paced, and requires both structure and relationship-building skills.
The role involves:
Responsibility for your own recruitment processes and client assignments
Conducting job specification meetings with clients
Compiling job specifications, writing job ads, and working continuously on improvements
Actively working with search and headhunting in both existing and new networks
Conducting phone interviews, candidate selection, and presentation of candidates
Maintaining ongoing dialogue, consultation, and follow-up with both clients and candidates throughout the process

Your profile:
Previous experience in recruitment
Strong relationship builder with good communication skills
Comfortable reaching out to new people and building trust
Experienced in working structurally and managing multiple assignments in parallel
Meritorious: Norwegian as a native language
