About the Position As a reconditioning technician, you will have full responsibility for ensuring that our vehicles maintain the highest possible aesthetic quality and premium feel before delivery and presentation. You will work in a modern facility with both new and used cars and will have an important role in the team and our work to deliver comprehensive mobility solutions to our customers. Your work is crucial for the overall impression; what you deliver is a finished product that should create pride for both customers and colleagues. Your Responsibilities Exterior and interior reconditioning of passenger and commercial vehicles Polishing and professional paint care Tire changes and related tasks Quality assurance before delivery, presentation and photography Inspection of overall impression, details, finish and presentation Work according to established routines, processes and quality standards The position is full-time, Monday to Friday at our Mercedes-Benz and KIA facility in Lund. The employment is a permanent position, where we can apply a 6-month probationary period. The salary is a fixed monthly salary and we apply collective agreements.
