Job Description - Reconditioning Specialist.
As a reconditioning specialist with us, you will perform most reconditioning tasks including exterior washing, polishing, paint protection, interior cleaning, upholstery cleaning, and more. You will work with both new vehicles ready for delivery to customers as well as used vehicles that need a refresh.
You will work quite independently, so you need to be organized, orderly, and have an eye for detail and quality, as well as be able to handle stress during periods of high pressure. You should not be afraid of physical work. In addition to the tools and machines we use, you will also utilize our wash hall where we can wash both by hand and with machines.
Qualifications
· Experience with reconditioning, polishing, and paint protection
· Attention to detail
· Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
· Valid driver's license for manual transmission vehicles
Merit Qualifications
· Data skills in systems such as Automaster, Elsa, Däckdata, Handlarbudet
· Operator certification for mobile platforms (scissor lifts, mobile elevating work platforms, etc.).
