Welcome to Falun | Visit Dalarna Job Responsibilities We are looking for you to work with us at Physiotherapy in Falun in the Surgical Services department. We primarily see patients in inpatient care, but assistance with group training may also be relevant. As a rehabilitation assistant, you are an important part of the patient care team and work in close collaboration with the physiotherapists in your work group, but also independently. The work is varied, and you will have the opportunity to contribute to patient care and rehabilitation with your expertise. We are a welcoming unit consisting of physiotherapists and rehabilitation assistants with broad expertise and a strong desire to develop our services. You will receive training, education, and professional development opportunities based on your experience and our departmental needs. All employees in Region Dalarna receive an annual wellness allowance. This position is a temporary contract with a possible opportunity for extension. Qualifications Requirements: You are a trained nursing assistant who has completed the Care and Health Services program or the Care and Health Services vocational package through adult education You hold a diploma from Care and Health Services College You have the physical ability to work with active patient transfers It is advantageous if you have Experience working in specialized healthcare Rehabilitation Assistant certification We also expect you to have strong ability to express yourself verbally and in writing in Swedish. You interact with others professionally and have good collaboration skills. You are responsible and can prioritize between different tasks. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.
