Are you a records manager who wants to work in state, municipal, regional, or another part of public Sweden? Then this could be your next challenge! At the County Administrative Board of Stockholm we are looking for a new colleague for our department for records management and archives. Here you work with the entire authority's case flow—a role that requires accuracy, flexibility, and a service-oriented approach. What does the role include? As a records manager at the County Administrative Board, you are together with your colleagues the hub of our information management. The department consists of 20 employees; records managers and archivists. You will work in groups of three to four colleagues where you have weekly responsibility for records management based on different areas. In addition to registering incoming documents and establishing new cases, you are also expected to quality assure your work. You are also expected to have a solution-oriented approach to together with your colleagues improve our routines and working methods. Our goal is to offer prompt and accurate records management and good collaboration. Your main tasks are to: register incoming documents, work with disclosure of public records including confidentiality assessments, train and provide support in our case management system. As an employee at the County Administrative Board, you may also need to be directed to other tasks within the department or the authority, since we are a civil protection authority that may receive temporary assignments that need to be solved quickly. It is therefore a prerequisite that you as a person have an interest in working broadly when the opportunity arises. Are you the one we're looking for? For this role you should have: upper secondary education, relevant university degree, records manager education, or equivalent competence deemed equivalent, current experience of working as a records manager in public sector activities or other experience deemed equivalent, high IT proficiency and experience working in digital case management systems, good knowledge of governing laws and regulations, primarily the Public Access to Information and Secrecy Act. To succeed and thrive as a records manager with us, you need to be confident in your role, security-conscious, and have the ability to handle many different questions and cases. As a person you are careful and structured and find it easy to follow routines and instructions. You are also helpful and service-oriented with a holistic view and you manage to prioritize your work according to the needs of the organization. You are communicative and collaborative, meaning you are good at and enjoy working in a team. As an employee at the County Administrative Board, you need to: have the ability from a holistic perspective to make decisions taking several perspectives into account, understand that a central role for the County Administrative Board is to make trade-offs between different interests, have the ability to prioritize and shift to work with new tasks or in new contexts. We will place great emphasis on who you are as a person. It is meritorious if you have: experience working as a records manager at a county administrative board or other state authority, experience of working in a large team where communication and collaboration have been of great importance, experience of, as a records manager or equivalent position, handling security-classified information. More about us and the role The employment is permanent, full-time and begins with a six-month probationary period. Start date is by agreement. There is an opportunity to work partially remotely.
