We are now expanding our team with a registrator. With us, you will have a central role in an organization with many exciting areas. About the Position As a registrator at Socialstyrelsen, you will support and collaborate with the agency's various operations. You will be part of a team with other registrators, while also having clear individual responsibility for our record-keeping and case management. You provide advice and support, and answer questions both internally and externally. You handle disclosure of public documents and are responsible for case closure and archiving. You will also have the opportunity to collaborate with your colleagues to develop and ensure the quality of record-keeping as well as the registrator function. We are looking for someone who has: a degree from a 1-year vocational education program as a document controller/registrator current experience with the case management system Public 360 documented experience with various IT systems current and practical experience in the registrator role as a main work task very good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written. It is advantageous if you have: experience managing large information flows Good to Know You will be based at Socialstyrelsen's office at Västerbroplan in Stockholm.
