This is a key role in the company with significant authority, clear business responsibility, and the opportunity to influence our continued growth. About the role As Regional Manager South/West, you are responsible for our operations in Gothenburg and Malmö. You ensure that the facilities are run professionally, profitably, and in line with the company's vision, culture, and strategy. You will become part of the company's management group and report directly to the CEO. The role involves close collaboration with the company's central functions in sales, marketing, finance, facility management, and operations. The sales team in the region will continue to report directly to the company's Sales Director. Your responsibilities As Regional Manager South/West, you have overall responsibility for the region's operations, employees, customer experience, and results. You are responsible for: Ensuring that all facilities are run profitably and developed toward established financial targets. Leading, coaching, and developing the region's employees. Driving and anchoring the company's purpose, culture, values, and vision. Ensuring a world-class customer and member experience. Following up and working toward the region's KPIs and business targets. Developing the business through improvement initiatives and local projects. Ensuring that facilities maintain high quality in terms of service, operations, and work environment. Working closely with the company's central functions to create the best possible results. Who are you? We're looking for someone who combines strong business acumen with a genuine interest in people and leadership. To succeed in this role, we believe you: Have several years of experience in people management. Have experience with budget, profit, and operational responsibility.
