What Your Job Will Be As Regional Manager at Klaravik, you have overall responsibility for a team of 12 auction brokers in Värmland, Åmål, Karlskoga, Örebro, and Arboga. Your mission is to create the conditions for long-term sales success through present, coaching-oriented, and clear leadership. You lead with structure and direction, monitor results and activities, and create motivation in the team – always with employees, customers, and results as your primary focus. For us, sales is as much about relationships, trust, and collaboration as it is about numbers. You will: Be responsible for leading, coaching, and developing your auction brokers in their daily work, which includes riding along in the field. Be responsible for following up on goals, activities, and results in a way that is clear, motivating, and engaging while providing direction to the team. Be responsible for ensuring that working methods, communication, and customer interactions are characterized by Klaravik's values and actively contribute to developing and improving our sales processes. The role also involves close collaboration with the Sales Manager, other Regional Managers, and other functions within the organization. Who You Are You have experience leading sales teams with personnel responsibility and enjoy a role where you can combine business focus with genuine engagement for people. You work in a structured manner, are clear in your expectations, and view follow-up as a natural tool for creating both security and development. As a leader, you are motivated by seeing others grow and perform together. You have good business understanding, thrive in a goal-driven environment, and have the ability to translate goals into concrete action. Your communication style is clear and motivating. The region includes: Karlstad, Kil, Grums, Karlstad, Säffle, Forshaga, Hammarö, Arvika, Eda, Sunne, Torsby, Årjäng, Köping, Hallstahammar, Arboga, Fagersta, Surahammar, Kungsör, Norberg, Skinnskatteberg, Askersund, Degerfors, Gullspång, Hallsberg, Hällefors, Karlskoga, Kumla, Laxå, Lekeberg, Lindesberg, Ljusnarsberg, Nora, Örebro, Åmål, Mellerud, Färgelanda, Bengtsfors, Dals-Ed, Brålanda, Frändefors.
