About the Role
As a regional manager, you are responsible for the delivery to Swedbank in the Stockholm region with overall responsibility for operations, employees, finances, quality, and customer relationships. You lead the operations through two group managers and four specialists, and have indirect leadership of approximately 30 employees.
In the role, you work closely with the customer and internal functions to ensure a qualitative, efficient, and sustainable delivery, and contribute to the continued development of the contract.
Your Responsibilities
Lead and develop the operations through group managers and specialists.
Responsible for budget, results, quality, and delivery.
Develop the customer relationship and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Drive improvement and development initiatives that create business value.
Contribute to the contract's strategic development as a member of the management group.
You report to the contract manager and are part of the contract's management group with responsibility for delivery, profitability, and continued development.
Who Are You?
You are a confident and business-oriented leader who combines strategic thinking with the ability to deliver results through others. You have experience developing operations, building strong customer relationships, and leading through managers.
As a person, you are communicative, relationship-building, and experienced in collaborating with many different stakeholders. You work in a structured manner, take initiative, and have a clear focus on business, quality, and customer value.
Through present and coaching leadership, you create engagement, build trust, and drive the business forward with both an operational and long-term perspective.
We See That You Have
At least 5 years of experience in a management position with personnel, budget, and profit responsibility.
At least 3 years of experience leading through subordinate managers in a larger organization.
Experience managing operations with multiple functions and extensive personnel, budget, and profit responsibility.
Documented experience leading and developing larger service deliveries within Workplace Experience, Facility Management, Property Management, or comparable service operations.
Documented experience delivering results against business goals and developing the operation's profitability and quality.
Several years of experience independently managing strategic customer relationships, business dialogue, and contract management at management level.
Documented experience in business development, upselling, and developing existing customer collaborations.
Experience driving change and development work in larger organizations.
Experience with personnel-intensive operations and good experience collaborating with labor unions and labor law matters.
Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, spoken and written.
Driving license category B
Merits
Experience from banking, finance, or other regulated operations.
Experience with contract management and working with complex customer agreements.
Experience leading geographically dispersed operations or deliveries across multiple locations.
