SALES INSTRUCTOR COOP Pardubice is expanding its team - we are looking for an energetic and responsible colleague Location: Pardubice Region What awaits you with us? - you will become key support for our stores - as a sales instructor, you will oversee operational quality, compliance with standards and support employees in the field Your main tasks: - coordination and methodological guidance of store managers - regular store inspections - quality of offer, hygiene, merchandise display - inspection of documents, receipts, invoices and delivery notes - monitoring compliance with internal regulations and legal requirements (HACCP, occupational health and safety, fire protection, etc.) - evaluation of operational and economic results of individual stores - cooperation with regulatory authorities and company management - resolution of personnel issues in close cooperation with managers - assistance in process optimization and opening of new facilities What do we expect from you? - experience in retail, ideally in store management or in a supervisory position - excellent organizational skills and natural authority - knowledge of retail-related legislation - reliability, communication skills and ability to work independently - possibility of long-term cooperation - backing of a stable Czech company COOP Pardubice - training and support We offer: - full-time employment, start date by arrangement - competitive salary - backing of a stable company - loyalty bonus - meal vouchers worth 120 CZK per day - use of company cottage for employee holidays - training and support from your manager Interested in our offer?
