The Citizenship and Migration Affairs Office of the Republic of Latvia, registration No. 90000054163, announces a competition for a vacant REFERENT position at Riga Branch 1 (permanent).
Requirements for candidates:
- Higher education;
- Understanding of services and e-services provided by the Citizenship and Migration Affairs Office;
- State language proficiency at the highest level;
- Desirable English language knowledge that allows communication in a foreign language in the performance of job duties (job duties include service to foreign clients);
- Good computer and office equipment skills;
- Desirable prior experience working in public administration, working with legal acts, or customer service experience;
- Necessary excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Main job duties:
- Accept documents for review in the migration field;
- Service to applicants (including foreigners) in the customer service area;
- Work with information systems;
- Development of drafts of administrative acts in the migration field;
- Update of information in the Register of Natural Persons.
