Job Information: - The position involves ensuring technical management of the municipal residential housing stock, receiving and resolving reported defects in apartments and common areas, organizing, coordinating and supervising repairs, renovations and maintenance work, and communicating with contractors. You will manage repair and maintenance plans for residential buildings, monitor the technical condition of apartments, common areas and technical equipment, manage gas boiler rooms and heat transfer stations.
