Fixed-term employment - Position 1 until 8/2027, Position 2 until 9/2029. Job Position Characteristics: Performance of tasks arising from the Building Act, decision-making in the area of building regulations - permit issuance for construction, permit issuance for building demolition, conducting proceedings and ordering removal of buildings, site work and facilities, conducting proceedings and decision-making on exceptions to general building requirements, exercising control in matters of building regulations - conducting proceedings and decision-making on violations. Qualification Requirements: Educational and professional qualifications as per § 30a of Law No. 283/2021 Coll., Building Act, satisfied by: a) an authorized architect who has been granted authorization in the field of architecture or without field specification according to the authorization law, b) an authorized engineer or authorized technician who has been granted authorization in the field of building construction, transport infrastructure, water management and landscape engineering structures, bridges and engineering structures, statics and dynamics of buildings, or urban engineering, c) a natural person with higher education in a study program belonging to the field of architecture and urban planning, construction engineering, economic fields, transport, biology, ecology and environment, forestry and wood science, earth sciences, or law, d) a natural person with higher vocational education in construction engineering, geodesy and cartography, general legal activity, public administration activity, or transport, or e) a natural person with secondary education with graduation certificate in construction engineering, geodesy and land registry, or public administration activity. Additional Requirements: - professional competency examination in the field of building regulations is welcome - understanding of the Building Act, understanding of administrative procedure - advantageous: experience in administrative proceedings - driver's license for category "B" - active driver - independence, diligence, reliability, flexibility, responsibility - organizational and communication skills - high work commitment - user proficiency in PC work - Word, Excel, Outlook, internet Employee Benefits: meal vouchers, supplementary pension insurance, 5 weeks vacation, 5 days of personal leave.
