Work Description: Performance of regional building authority functions, review of final and non-final decisions and measures issued by municipal building authorities, ensuring uniform procedures in the exercise of state administration in this field including methodological, supervisory and control activities, all within the scope of transportation and energy construction projects in the territorial jurisdiction of the Olomouc Region. Requirements: - Field and education achieved: in accordance with Act No. 283/2021 Coll., Building Act, as amended, transportation construction advantageous - Field knowledge: Building Act and related regulations, Administrative Code, Act on Offenses, Act on Regions - Special professional qualification: for performing administrative activities in building code and in expropriation matters advantageous - Experience in public administration advantageous - Experience in the field within the last 5 years advantageous - Language skills: foreign language (English, French, German) advantageous - Other required skills: user knowledge of PC (MS Office), driving license category B, independence, communicativeness, sense of teamwork, ability to think analytically and conceptually Submit applications in a sealed envelope marked "DO NOT OPEN - selection procedure for position: Building Code Specialist/Officer, Transportation and Energy Construction Department, Regional Building Authority, Olomouc Region Regional Office" to the address: Olomouc Region Regional Office Personnel Department Jeremenkova 40a, 779 00 Olomouc or hand over at the office reception desk, no later than August 24, 2026 by 12:00 noon. Proof of highest education attained may be submitted with the application in plain copy. In case of successful selection procedure, the applicant is required to submit the original criminal record excerpt no older than 3 months, for foreigners also equivalent documentation of good standing issued by home country no older than 3 months, and certified copy of proof of highest education attained no later than before concluding an employment contract.
