Position Characteristics: Execution of building authority functions Work Location: City Hall, Česká Lípa Salary Conditions and Classification: 9th – 11th salary grade, which according to the current position catalog corresponds to the highest classified type of work performed and required education. Starting salary from 31,360 Kč. Expected Start Date: By agreement Employment will be established for: indefinite period Statutory Prerequisites: An official may be a natural person who is a citizen of the Czech Republic, a citizen of another EU member state, or a citizen of a state that is a contracting party to the Agreement on the European Economic Area, or alternatively a natural person who is a foreigner with permanent residence permitted in the Czech Republic – has reached 18 years of age – is fully legally competent – is of good character – speaks Czech language and meets other prerequisites for the performance of administrative activities as set out in special legal regulations. Qualification Prerequisites: a) authorized architect who has been granted authorization in the field of architecture or without field specification under Act No. 360/1992 Sb., on the practice of the profession of authorized architects and engineers in capital investment construction, b) authorized engineer or authorized technician who has been granted authorization in the field of building construction, transport structures, water management and landscape engineering structures, bridges and engineering structures, statics and dynamics of buildings, or urban engineering, c) natural person with higher education in a study program belonging to the field of architecture and urbanism, construction, economic fields, transport, biology, ecology and environment, forestry and wood science, earth sciences, or law, d) natural person with post-secondary professional education in construction, geodesy and cartography, general legal activities, public administration activities, or transport, e) natural person with secondary education with school-leaving certificate in construction, geodesy and real estate cadastre, or public administration activities. Note: The official is required to demonstrate special professional competence within 18 months from the start of employment according to Regulation No. 413/2024 Sb., on special professional competence (for administrative activities building code and expropriation), entrance education examination and requirements for certification of employee training in territorial self-governing units.
