Marketing Specialist

We're looking for someone to join the marketing team at CENTRA BABYLON—someone who isn't afraid to bring new ideas, knows how to navigate the online world, and doesn't mind getting out in the field to check on a billboard, organize a promo event, or handle signage. If you love marketing, follow trends, create great content, and don't want to spend all day staring at a monitor, we might be looking for you. What you'll do: - manage online promotion for CENTRA BABYLON, - contribute to creating campaigns on social media and the web, - work with designers, agencies, and colleagues from the sales team, - write promotional copy and create content for online and offline media, - help with PPC campaigns, SEO, and analyze results, - manage the e-shop and online customer communication, - organize and handle outdoor advertising (billboards, wraps, banners), - participate in trade fair preparation, promo events, and other marketing activities, - occasionally go out into the field—check advertising spaces, arrange installations, or prepare company presentations. Who we're looking for: We're mainly looking for someone who wants to create. Ideally someone who: - lives and breathes social media and online marketing, - has an eye for design, writing, and modern trends, - isn't afraid to pitch their own idea and see it through, - is creative, communicative, and independent, - can adapt when things change at the last minute, - holds a valid Group B driver's license. It's a plus if you already know any of these tools: - Meta Business Suite, - Google Analytics, - Google Ads or Sklik, - basic SEO, - Canva or another design tool. Don't have years of experience? That's fine. If you have good ideas, your own projects, have managed social media, create content, or are an active influencer, we'd love to meet you. We're open to talented graduates too.
