Candidate Requirements: - Higher professional education or secondary education with school-leaving examination - Experience in state administration and asset management is an advantage - Independence, reliability, active problem-solving approach, communication skills, attention to detail, excellent planning and work organization skills, mental resilience - Knowledge of computer work (MS Office, Internet) - Driver's license category B (active driver) - Czech citizenship, citizenship of another EU member state, or citizenship of a state that is a contracting party to the Agreement on the European Economic Area - Criminal record clearance Job Description: - Comprehensive management of individual parts of asset collections within the defined scope of the independent Olomouc department - Maintenance of state property records that the Office manages according to § 9, 10, and 11 of Act No. 219/2000 Coll. on the Property of the Czech Republic and its Conduct in Legal Relations, as amended - Preparation of documentation for state asset management - Monitoring of timely, complete, and correct payment of receivables and timely execution of necessary actions for their enforcement - Asset inventory Salary Classification according to Government Regulation No. 341/2017 Coll., 9th salary grade (salary range from CZK 31,360 to CZK 36,210) Expected Start Date: From October 1, 2026 or by agreement, fixed-term employment until September 30, 2027 with a 4-month probationary period, with the possibility of conversion to indefinite employment thereafter Place of Work: Olomouc The position is also suitable for persons with disabilities.
