We are looking for a colleague who has an eye for detail, isn't afraid to communicate with people, and wants to be directly involved in production. As a Quality Inspector (Production Line Inspection), you will be an integral part of our production operations every day. You will monitor production quality, collaborate with supervisors and operators, and help ensure that only products meeting our customers' requirements—leading global automakers—leave our facility. Work location: Velký Osek or Libice nad Cidlinou. What awaits you with us: Production release, Continuous quality control of products directly in production, Collaboration with supervisors and operators in resolving quality issues, Monitoring compliance with work procedures and quality standards, Product measurement and work with measuring instruments, Training operators in quality matters, Preparation of basic quality documentation, Maintenance of records and simple statistics, Oversight of product sorting. Who we are looking for: We welcome an experienced quality inspector, but we are also happy to give an opportunity to a skilled graduate who is eager to learn. We appreciate if you have: Experience in a production environment, ideally in automotive, Knowledge of measurement and metrology, Basic PC skills, Active knowledge of Czech, Attention to detail, independence, and good communication skills, Class B driver's license. An advantage is knowledge of quality management systems (ISO 9001, IATF 16949, VDA).
