Requirements: - Education: according to § 30a, subsection 4), of Act No. 283/2021 Coll., Building Act, as amended: University degree in architecture and urban planning, civil engineering, economics, transportation, biology, ecology and environment, forestry and timber industry, earth sciences, or law; or higher vocational education in civil engineering, geodesy and cartography, general legal activities, public administration, or transportation; or secondary education with diploma in civil engineering, geodesy and real estate cadastre, or public administration - Group B driver's license (active driver) - Knowledge of PC and office software applications - Good communication and organizational skills. Scope of work: - Exercise of building authority competence in matters of projects entrusted to the municipal building authority and the building authority of a municipality with extended jurisdiction according to Act No. 283/2021 Coll. (Building Act). Salary classification: 11th salary grade.
