Fixed-term employment (maternity leave substitute). Possible start date: October 2026 or by agreement. Salary classification: 11th salary class according to Government Regulation No. 341/2017 Coll. (salary range 35.840 Kč - 35.770 Kč + personal compensation). Your job responsibilities will include: coordination of the territorial planning office activities for ORP Nové Město nad Metují; development of territorial planning instruments including ensuring sustainability impact assessments; development of territorial planning documentation (territorial plans, regulatory plans) including their evaluation; development of territorial planning materials (territorial studies, territorial analytical materials) including elaboration of sustainable development analysis for the territory. What we expect from you: familiarity with construction documentation; PC skills; time flexibility and willingness to continue learning; knowledge of legal regulations related to your field of work, particularly Act No. 283/2021 Coll., Building Act, as amended; advantageous: specialized professional competence in territorial decision-making. Requirements per § 4 of Act No. 312/2002 Coll., on Officials of Local Government: Czech citizenship (or permanent residence in the CR for foreign nationals); age 18+; knowledge of official language; unblemished record; legal capacity. Qualification requirements per § 44 of Act No. 283/2021 Building Act: university education in a study program in the field of architecture and urbanism, construction or geography, or university education recognized for authorization in territorial planning, or an authorized architect with authorization in territorial planning or without field specification under the authorization law, or an authorized engineer in urban engineering.
