Procurement is one of the key links that can influence the quality, availability, and final price of every product. We're looking for a Procurement Specialist who enjoys communicating, negotiating, working with suppliers, and finding the best solutions. We're seeking someone with strong organizational skills, who can meet deadlines and isn't afraid to pick up the phone, reach out to foreign suppliers, or find new solutions when things don't go according to plan. What you'll do: search for, contact, and communicate with suppliers in the Czech Republic and abroad; request quotes for raw materials, packaging materials, and other components for our production; compare offers, prices, and delivery terms; negotiate with suppliers and seek better purchasing conditions; prepare and execute orders and monitor timely delivery; communicate with existing suppliers and handle daily procurement operations; collaborate on sourcing new EURONA products and projects; identify new materials, suppliers, and cost-saving opportunities; order labels, packaging, catalogs, and other printed materials and coordinate timelines with suppliers; work with procurement data, prices, reports, and analytics; handle unexpected situations - finding alternative suppliers, managing missing materials, or adjusting delivery dates; collaborate with development, production, marketing, and other departments. Who we're looking for: you don't need ten years of procurement experience. What matters more to us is how you think, communicate, and solve problems. We'll appreciate if you: have strong communication and negotiation skills; can communicate in English via email and phone; are independent, meticulous, and responsible; have good organizational skills and can manage deadlines; can compare offers, work with pricing, and think about costs; are comfortable with Excel and standard Office tools; actively seek new suppliers and alternative solutions; respond quickly when problems arise; see tasks through to completion. Experience in procurement, manufacturing, ERP systems, or international supplier communication is a plus, not a requirement.
