Advisor - Counselor for Clients and Employers (M/F) - Youth Guarantee Project
The position involves performing the following activities: Conducts pre-screening before project entry and ensures participant enrollment in the project. Guides participants throughout the project. Performs individual assessment of the participant's situation and prerequisites. Processes "Participant Activity Records." Administers accompanying measures. Identifies employers with the potential to hire project participants. Organizes or participates in organizing selection procedures for employers and project participants. Provides individual counseling to project participants. Organizes or participates in internal group counseling for project participants. Collaborates with specialized counseling, mediation, and labor market professionals. Creates and develops a network of regional cooperation to identify economically inactive individuals with work potential (communication with social service facilities, educational institutions, non-governmental non-profit organizations, etc.). Provides counseling on the rights and obligations of employers pursuant to Act No. 435/2004 Coll., on Employment, as amended. Collaborates with the project coordinator in preparing documentation for implementation reports/payment requests. Administers the project on the KoP ÚP ČR in the participant and activity agenda. Prepares reports for KoP ÚP ČR. Applicants eligible to participate in the selection procedure for the above position must, in accordance with the Civil Service Act: a) be a citizen of the Czech Republic, a citizen of another Member State of the European Union, or a citizen of a state that is a contracting party to the Agreement on the European Economic Area [§ 25 para. 1 letter a) of the Civil Service Act], b) have reached the age of 18 years [§ 25 para. 1 letter b) of the Civil Service Act], c) be fully capable [§ 25 para. 1 letter c) of the Civil Service Act], d) have a clean criminal record [§ 25 para. 1 letter d) of the Civil Service Act], e) have achieved the education required by law for this position [§ 25 para. 1 letter e) of the Civil Service Act], i.e., a minimum of secondary education with a final exam, f) possess the required health fitness [§ 25 para. 1 letter f) of the Civil Service Act]. g) possess the required knowledge of the Czech language, unless they are a citizen of the Czech Republic [§ 25 para. 1 letter g) of the Civil Service Act].
