First contact: e-mail: [email protected] Customer Logistics Specialist We are looking for an organized and independent colleague who will bridge the world of customers and production. If you enjoy keeping things on track (and know how to step in when they're not), this role is perfect for you. Your responsibilities will include: Communication with customers (daily operations, requests, changes) Processing customer requests including verification and tracking of delays Working in the SAP system (master data, orders, inventories, reporting) Coordination of logistics projects (production ramp-ups/wind-downs) Collaboration with production on order planning and management Processing inventories including evaluation and SAP entry Reporting on production and logistics data Contribution to process improvement in logistics and supply chain. What we expect from you: High school diploma with final exam (maturita) Experience in logistics Communicative knowledge of German or English SAP knowledge is a plus Strong knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel) Familiarity with supply chain concepts (JIT, JIS, FIFO, etc.) Independence, attention to detail, and organizational skills Ability to communicate across departments.
