Preparation and execution of small-scale public procurement through market research Preparation of tender documentation for public procurement, including contract and purchase order proposals Recording of contracts in the contracting authority's profile using the Tender Arena electronic tool Collaboration in developing technical specifications and in creating purchases and budgets Communication with individual departments and methodological support for public procurement within assigned responsibilities Communication with suppliers Participation in committee meetings for evaluation and assessment of supplier offers Contribution to process improvements and active involvement in organizational operations We offer: employment contract for a fixed term of 1 year with possibility of extension, flexible working hours, meal allowance, 5 weeks of vacation, significantly discounted employee transportation benefits including for family members, FKSP contribution.
