The Secretary of Kravaře Municipal Office announces a job selection process no. MUKR 11825/2026 for filling a position of Transportation Department Specialist Type of work: administration of traffic violations Expected start date: to be agreed upon Salary classification: 11th salary grade, level based on length of recognized experience + personal allowance after training Employer bonuses: extraordinary bonuses, meal allowance, pension insurance contribution, 25 days of vacation, 3 days of sick leave and additional employee benefits. Work schedule: 40 hours per week Duration of employment: indefinite term Place of work: Kravaře Municipal Office and the territory of the administrative district of Kravaře as a municipality with authorized municipal office and municipality with extended scope Required education: - Secondary education with final exam and 5 years of experience in the given field, higher professional education with minimum 2 years of experience in the given field or university education - in accordance with § 111 of Act no. 250/2016 Coll., on liability for misdemeanors and proceedings concerning them Requirements: - According to § 4 of Act no. 312/2002 Coll., on officials of territorial self-governing units and on amendments to certain laws, as amended Other requirements: - Knowledge of traffic safety issues and related legislation (in particular knowledge of Act no. 361/2000 Coll., on road traffic, Act no. 30/2024 Coll., on motor vehicle liability insurance and Act no. 56/2001 Coll. on conditions for operating vehicles on public roads, all in current version) - Professional competence exam in misdemeanor proceedings in matters of safety and fluency of traffic on public roads and related legal proceedings as an advantage, as well as exam according to Act 250/2016 Coll. as an advantage - Experience in public administration as an advantage - Knowledge of electronic record management system GINIS as an advantage - Basic user knowledge of PC work (MS Office, internet) - Excellent communication and organizational skills, precision, high work commitment and pleasant demeanor - Independence, responsibility, willingness Written application for the selection process must contain: - Exact designation of the selection process - Name, surname and title of the applicant - Date and place of birth - Nationality - Place of permanent residence - Type and number of document proving identity and citizenship and, if the applicant is a foreigner who is not a citizen of an EU member state or a state that is a contracting party to the European Economic Area, also the number of a document on permit for permanent residence - Contact phone number - Date and signature of the applicant The following documents must be attached to the application: - Professional CV with focus on description of activities performed - Extract from the Criminal Records Register, no older than 3 months (for foreigners, an equivalent document certifying good standing issued by the home country no older than 3 months) – upon submission of the application, may be replaced by a signed declaration of good standing - Copy of document on highest achieved education – simple copy is sufficient upon submission of the application Application form + additional documents at www.kravare.cz/urednideska Deadline and place of application submission: The application, including attachments, must be delivered by no later than 28.08.2026 at 12:00: - in written form: via courier service to the address City of Kravaře, Náměstí 405/43, 747 21 Kravaře or in person to the reception desk of the Kravaře Municipal Office.
