Employment contract for an indefinite period. Expected start date: June 2026 or by agreement. Salary classification: 9th salary grade according to Government Regulation No. 341/2017 Coll. (salary range CZK 31,360 - CZK 36,210 + personal remuneration). Your work will include: preparation, implementation and supervision of investment projects; preparation, conclusion and implementation of changes to supplier contracts; verification and provision of complete project documentation, studies, preparation of records and protocols on the progress and acceptance of buildings, provision of defect remediation; representing the city in construction and other proceedings; provision of budget proposals and cost plans for project work, ongoing control of financial resources utilization from the budget for specific investments, evaluation of investment efficiency and formulation of proposals for changes; commenting on structures by other investors on city territory, addressing road breaks in city property, applications for traffic sign changes; the majority of work takes place in the office with only a portion involving on-site building inspections. We expect from you: orientation in technical and project documentation; project management experience is an advantage; practical experience in the required field is an advantage, also suitable for graduates; helpfulness to citizens and people skills; reliability, thoroughness, responsibility, independence, organizational skills and active approach to work; good knowledge of PC work, particularly MS Office; orientation in budgeting programs is an advantage; knowledge of the region, time flexibility, willingness to continue education; driving license category B; orientation in legal regulations related to the field of required work, particularly in Act No. 283/2021 Coll., Building Act, and implementing regulations and in Act No. 128/2000 Coll., on Municipalities. Requirements according to § 4 of Act No. 312/2002 Coll., on Civil Service Officers of USCs: Czech citizenship, permanent residence in the Czech Republic; over 18 years of age, knowledge of the official language; clean record, capacity for legal acts. Qualification requirements according to Government Regulation No. 341/2017 Coll.: higher professional education or secondary education with school-leaving exam (construction specialization is an advantage).
