The Retirement Home Ústí nad Orlicí is hiring HR SPECIALIST This position is suitable for people with disabilities (OZZ), with the possibility of starting with a part-time contract and the option to increase to full-time. Your responsibilities will include: - maintaining and managing employee personnel records, - assisting with recruitment of new employees, - preparing employment contracts, amendments, and other employment-related documents, - handling employee onboarding and offboarding, - organizing employee training and development, - communicating with employees on employment-related matters, - preparing statistical reports and personnel reports, - communicating with government agencies, health insurance companies, and social security administration. We require: - at least secondary education with a diploma, - knowledge of employment law, experience in HR is an advantage, - strong computer skills (MS Office), - attention to detail, independence, and responsible approach, - communication and organizational skills, - discretion when handling personal data.
